| Organizational Histories | | Medicine: The Gundersen Experience was written in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Wisconsin-based Gundersen Clinic, which grew to be among the 10 largest multi-specialty clinics in the United States. Dr. Adolf Gundersen also spawned a medical dynasty with at least four generations practicing in the United States, England, and Norway. If you think a medical history can't be fun reading, you haven't seen this one. | | Mayo Clinic had much respect for the order of sisters that founded Franciscan Skemp that it allowed joint sponsorship with the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration. Franciscan Skemp Healthcare: A History is a reminder of why so many people went into healthcare -- to care for people.
